We are looking for experienced, charismatic, driven, and goal-oriented 1099 outside business to business sales representatives seeking to help make a positive impact for small businesses to transform their brick and mortar into a responsive website in order to achieve growth.

This is a contract to hire for an Outside B2B Sales Representative position. Each contractor must present a professional image of our company. Must have an understanding of the critical relationships that we have with our prospective clients and treat them accordingly. Rapid growth takes hard work and talent. Requirements:
- Genuine passions for helping small businesses grow through offering effective online solutions.
- A solid understanding of how being online can help a business.
- Working with assigned Account Manager to process paperwork and get leads to work on.
- Seeking potential clients via cold-calling and in-person visits.
- Must meet expected sales quota and willing to exceed suggested sales quota.
- Demonstrate product with accurate pricing and value for clients and complete the full-cycle sale.
- Have a thorough understanding of our complete online service offerings.
- 80% of work will include seeking clients (cold calling) and identifying their online needs.
- Ability to listen to our prospective clients’ needs
- Exceptional interpersonal, telephone, verbal and written communication skills
- Tech savvy, with working experience with Microsoft office suite and Google Docs
- Strong work ethic and discipline to achieve established goals
- Prospecting and closing skills
- Must have access to laptop/tablet to present to clients.
- Professional presence that supports the integrity of our brand
- Candidates must be self-motivated, creative and must have a passion for helping small businesses
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferred 5 years.
